The opening of the republican convention in Cleveland Ohio was supposed to have been a Trump celebration, instead it was turned into a Trump fiasco. Trump's wife hugely expected speech was meant to celebrate and glorify Donald Trump but it turned out that she plagiarized Michelle Obama speech in the 2008 democratic convention where she celebrated and glorified Barack Obama. Melania plagiarized directly at least a couple of paragraphs from Michele's Obama Speech in 2008 at the democratic convention. There was another section too that some writers would say was borrowed or paid homage to; others would call it plagiarism. Melania Trump yesterday: “From a young age, my parents impressed on me the values that you work hard for what you want in life, that your word is your bond and you do what you say you’re going to do,” she said. Michele Obama had said at the 2008 Democratic convention : “Barack and I were raised with so many of the same values, that you work hard for what you want in life, that your word is your bond and you do what you say you’re going to do.” Now Melania Trump INSISTS that she wrote the speech herself, which raises two serious problems for Donald Trump. The first problem is that his wife is a plagiarist, which means that Michelle Obama can now sue her for stealing her speech, as copyright laws protect writers' words as their legal property. The second problem, which might be even worse in Trump's eyes, is that his wife is apparently a secret closet fan of the Obama family.
